Risk Management Services offers training on “Generational Diversity/Understanding the Impact of Impairment in the Workplace” on September 24

The Municipal Association’s Risk Management Services will offer SC Municipal Insurance Trust and SC Municipal Insurance and Risk Financing Fund members two types of workforce training on September 24 in Columbia. The session will cover leveraging the strengths of each generation to create an inclusive and productive workforce, and to identify and address impairment and fatigue issued at work.
