Note: Each municipality is responsible for arranging 3-hours of continuing education training each year for their staff, planning, zoning, and architectural review officials.

The training videos provided below are only permissible in a monitored group-setting arranged by a member of the municipality's staff. The staff is responsible for certifying attendance through a formal sign-in method. The record of attendance should be filed with the appropriate municipal staff in charge of keeping the planning and zoning training records.
