Job Duties

Day-to-day management of the utility billing program with duties that include processing payments, maintaining customer accounts, generating monthly bills, and resolving customer issues.

Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable and receivable.

Qualifications

An associate’s degree supplemented by experience in a job-related field such as basic accounting, customer service, account management and/or modern office procedures, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required

Strong customer service and computer skills.

Pay Info
Starting salary range $21/hour depending on qualifications. Competitive benefits package including State health insurance, retirement, 401K match, and more.
