Senior Grants Administrator, Town of Hilton Head Island
The Town of Hilton Head Island is seeking a Senior Grants Administrator administer and coordinates grant-funding programs. Administer grant and alternative funding for Town projects; conduct research and match needs with grant resources; write grant applications and proposals; monitor compliance with awarded grant programs.
Search and apply for grants and alternate funding sources, and for various award programs; actively pursue grant funding to supplement Capital Improvement Program. Manage and/or assist with various data collection & analysis such as census data.
Advise and inform various Town Boards, Commissions and Town Council on current issues, findings and recommendations related to grants and alternate funding sources. Research, analyze and draft documents related to the Comprehensive Plan. Collect, interpret and implement Comprehensive Plan and Town Council goals. Serve as grant manager for various assigned projects.
Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grants Administration Experience Strong writing skills.
