Summary of the bill as introduced: Requires a city or town to allow a builder to hire a certified third-party inspector to perform duties of the local inspector as they related to that builder. The bill also limits the taxes and fees charged to the builder by a city or county to no more than 10% of the sales price of the constructed homes.
