Job Duties

Required to utilize equipment including a computer using windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Edmonds and BPMS software, copier; scanner and a telephone. Must be able to demonstrate good organizational and managerial skills along with the ability to meet, greet and/or direct the general public within the Department, in a pleasant and professional manner. This position supervises currently one Utility clerk and reports to the Utility Director and has many responsibilities within the department, works directly with the Utility Department field employees and accounting staff.

Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred. This employee needs to have previous supervisory experience in an office setting. Accounting experience is a plus, Utility and billing software experience preferred.
