Job Duties

The Town of Cottageville is looking for a full time town clerk/secretary. A working knowledge of quick books and law trak needed. You will assist with traffic court, ie: lodge tickets, accept payments, mail letters for non-compliance and other duties pertaining to court.

As secretary you will answer phones, pay bills and work with other agencies such as PEBA, SCMIT, etc: as problems arise. You will work closely with the mayor and chief of police. Must possess a great personality when dealing with the public, honesty and integrity. you must also be a self motivator.

Qualifications

At least three years in a related field. Also a working knowledge of quick books and law trak.
