Grants/Special Projects Administrator, Town of Winnsboro
Under limited supervision, researches, procures, implements and administers grants within all Town of Winnsboro departments. Attends and participates in pre-construction conferences to explain local, state and federal regulatory requirements. Maintains records regarding old and new grant program income and expenditures. Assists in the implementation of other special projects as assigned. Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals.
Bachelor’s Degree in public or business administration or related field along with documented history of successful municipal grant research, application and administration (i.e. USDA, CDBG, RIA, DOJ, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Proficient in research, interpreting and analyzing diverse data and possess the ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve stated goals. Must have valid S. C. Driver’s License. Reports to Town Manager.
