Position Hours
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, M-F; hours will vary at times due to weather, City festivals, etc.
Job Duties
General building maintenance, which involves electrical, plumbing, mechanical, construction and equipment repairs. Paints, plasters and other needed repairs to walls, doors, etc. Monitors A/C and service as needed. Prepares and /or processes records and reports as needed; Will operate variety of equipment and tools; Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years of experience in general maintenance. Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting and HVAC. Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license and able to pass drug screen and criminal/credit background check.
Pay Info
Minimum salary $39,426; dependent on experience
