Summer joined the Municipal Association in 2011 and is responsible for human resources and facility management for the Association. She came to the Association from South Carolina Bank and Trust, where she worked in Human Resources. Summer earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and holds a PHR certification.
