​Mike joined the Association in 2020 as a Senior SCMIRF Claims Adjuster, and in 2022 was promoted to Claims Manager. Mike has more than 25 years of experience as a multiline claims adjuster, including 14 years as a claims manager and director at Nationwide and most recently as an associate manager at Allstate.
