Biography
Daina Phillips started with the Association in
2024 as a legislative and public policy advocate. Daina has nine years of
experience as a lobbyist and attorney, most recently working as the director of
government affairs for the SC Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.
Prior to that, she worked as a lobbyist and staff attorney for the SC
Association of Counties. Daina received her bachelor’s
degree in political science and her Juris Doctorate from the
University of South Carolina.
