Bethany Pendley joined the Association in May 2020 as the loss control manager. Prior to coming to the Association, Bethany worked for MetLife for 22 years in a variety of roles including senior claims adjuster, senior claims supervisor, claims manager, and most recently senior business instructor and learning partner. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina, is a licensed property and casualty adjuster, and holds numerous certifications and designations including an Associate in Insurance Services and Associate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America.
